Choices Resource Center is a nonprofit organization in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, dedicated to providing compassionate, life-affirming support to individuals facing unplanned pregnancies. Their mission is to offer free and confidential services that empower individuals to make informed choices guided by the love and truth of Jesus Christ.

Founded in 1992, Choices Resource Center offers a range of services, including pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasounds, STD testing and treatment, parenting resources, fatherhood support, and post abortion recovery

All services are provided at no cost and are available to everyone, regardless of age, religion, race, or gender. Choices Resource Center operates fully on donations and does not receive government funding. Their vision is to create a community that values all human life from conception, where individuals facing pregnancy decisions are transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and empowered to choose life for their unborn children and abundant life for their families.
