Children's Bible Ministries (CBM) reaches students of all ages through classes (Bible Released Time), correspondence course (Bible lessons through mail), and camps. Out of the passion to expand the ministry into more areas, CBM and the Elgin Children's Foundation teamed up, and Bible Released Time began to spread throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia.

A local Ministry of CBM is the LEAD Project. It began for the purpose of loving, educating, and discipling future generations with the truth of God's Word in Knoxville, Tennessee, and the surrounding areas. In conjunction with local churches, the LEAD Project reaches public school students with the Gospel through Bible Released Time. In addition, there are after-school classes and neighborhood events. The ;mission is to teach young people God's Word that they may desire to know, love, and serve Him all the days of their lives.

Thanks to faithful pastors and churches. there are more than 10 schools involved in Bible Released Time in Knox and surrounding counties, teaching the Word of God to public school students during the school year.
